Speaking of my legume allergy, that’s actually my only complaint about the Daily Harvest selection. Actually, I really wanted to try the Chia Bowls, but the Chocolate Almond one that sounded delicious contains pea protein and I am allergic to legumes. Although I think now that I have my favorites picked out, I’d probably try a Bowl and a Soup on future orders. I didn’t try the Harvest Bowls or Soups because I’m picky and didn’t want to waste one of my valuable spots on something I wasn’t sure about. However, I did not try the Harvest Bowls, Soups, or Chia Bowls. I tried Smoothies, Bites, Oat Bowls, and Lattes. Admittedly, I have not tried all of the different categories. But they also have Harvest Bowls (16), Soups (10), Bites (3), Oat Bowls (4), Chia Bowls (3), and Lattes (4). In fact, the largest selection of items are their smoothies (23 to choose from!). Unlike other subscription services, Daily Harvest is mostly based around light meals and snacks that are easy to make and take on the go. So when I discovered Daily Harvest, I thought that might be the perfect way to reset in the new year.ĭaily Harvest is a home delivery subscription service that brings healthy, unprocessed and easily manageable foods directly to your door. It’s really hard to constantly make unprocessed foods for every meal, when really all I want is a muffin on the go. Honestly, part of my relaxed state is due to convenience. For example, lately my breakfast has been a gluten, dairy, and soy free Udi’s Chocolate Muffin and a cup of oolong tea. In fact, I felt so amazing that throughout year two I became a lot more lax and found myself trying all sorts of different “cheat” items. (You can read more about my Whole30 experience here.) For the first year, I was super strict with my diet and felt absolutely amazing. What’s more important to you: quality or convenience? Kind of awesome that you don’t have to sacrifice either here. Two years ago, I did Whole30 and found out I’m allergic to oh so many things. ![]() Follow this link to get $25 OFF with your purchase today! The flash-frozen ingredients are 98 percent organic and sourced from transitional organic farms that are in the process of getting their USDA certification.
